I found a situation where we could silently fail to log the set and not alert the user, which aligns with your report. It has been fixed and the fix is now live- if you see any recurring issues just comment back here

Could you please provide any additional information you have, like your device and browser version or screenshots/a video recording of this behavior when its happening? If possible also try to clear your device cache/cookies/data for the Tonnage website to see if that helps in the short term
I don't see any unusual or related errors/logs for this, just the fairly standard mobile device connection issues here and there for random users, and we haven't had any other reports that would suggest this is a widespread issue.
In the meantime, I'm still going to check the relevant code paths and investigate to see if there's anything weird happening related to network connectivity or client edge cases in the logging flow to see if I can find any potential niche issues
