## Summary It would be nice to exclude some sets or exercise or workouts from the statistics ## Context Page: /session/7cecb9fb-3531-4938-aaf3-062ec04c5392?date=2026-08-21 ## Problem When you have a hard week, or you came back after some time without working out the rpe seems high and the workloads ar le weak so i would be nice to don't count some sets/exercise/workouts ## Proposal Maybe a button to dismiss them from the statistics? ## Expected Impact More accurate stats and 1Rm

## Summary I would love a feature that sends a little bump message to say "hey, complete today's session" (or something like that) ## Context Page: /settings ## Problem Help to stay on track with the planned block and not have to shift the entire block down when I miss a week because I lost motivation. ## Proposal If there could be a feature integrated into the settings that we have the option for like a push notification on days with a scheduled session and maybe be able to set a time for it to come through like "if the session hasn't started by X time, send push" ## Expected Impact This would be extremely helpful to keep me on track when motivation dips and I want to skip the gym.

## Summary The ability to have Tonnage in either dark mode (current) or light mode. ## Context Page: /dashboard ## Problem The only platform "theme" is a black background with lighter text. There are no ways to make Tommage either high contrast or "light" mode. ## Proposal My mom just recently started using Tonnage, but has an eye disease that makes it difficult to see dark and low-contrast applications like Tonnage. For instance the black on gray text is impossible for her to make out. I would love to see you all implement either (or both at some point) a higher contrast dark mode or a full light mode. This would make this app so much easier for her to see and use. Outside of just my mom, over half of the US population has some sprt of vision loss and about 4 million have significant vision impairment. Having more options for "themes" would allow this platform to be more accessible for all. ## Expected Impact It would make Tonnage much more accesible to those who are lower vision and need higher contrast/light mode.

## Summary I want to be able to assign my clients to do something like 1x5 @ RPE 8 and then have them take 85% of that for their backdown sets. ## Context Page: /programs/create ## Problem It gives more ways for coaches to assign load variables and removes needing to add notes that clients sometimes miss. ## Proposal Theres two ways this could work with one being the coach being able to simply write that as a load and another as making a set that auto calculates the load for the athlete from the`number the athlete inputs for their RPE based set based on the % that the coach assigns for backdowns ## Expected Impact It would make assigning this type of program far easier and I am sure that other coaches that use similar programming styles would appreciate that as well

## Summary On RPE based programming, allow me to input suggested weight ranges, sometimes they're higher than what Tonnage is suggesting to me ## Context Page: /menu ## Problem Combines RPE and Load Based programming ## Proposal Probably a check-box for like "add load range" that then gives you the option to add weight range, I wouldn't have it defaulted to show up but helpful on compound lifts where I've got an RPE target and a target weight range. ## Expected Impact Helps keep lifters honest to both RPE and what weight you would expect them to hit.

## Summary Is it possible to decide what rpe should be considered for the E1RM? (For ex. The deload sets maybe are a 7rpe because of fatigue but shouldn't be considered for an estimated 1RM ## Expected Impact Maybe a more accurate estimated 1rm and so the number of kilos on the bar advised for the sets
