On RPE based programming, allow me to input suggested weight ranges, sometimes they're higher than what Tonnage is suggesting to me

## Proposal

Probably a check-box for like "add load range" that then gives you the option to add weight range, I wouldn't have it defaulted to show up but helpful on compound lifts where I've got an RPE target and a target weight range.

## Expected Impact

Helps keep lifters honest to both RPE and what weight you would expect them to hit.
