## Problem
I train 5x a week but here i can only track 3 days because 2 days are conditioning which contributes to my lifts but isnt shown in my recovery on this app - i'd ideally like to use this as my universal fitness app
## Proposal
Add cardio types, potentially calculations for vo2 and best times based on a manual heart rate average
## Expected Impact
Improves my fatigue gaging and better scalability for tonnage as an all in one solution for fitness
