Distance/Time Logging for Exercises

When I go to log exercises, I haven't found a way to log time or distance instead of reps for exercises. It would be great if you could assign/log time (i.e. seconds for a plank) or distance (even just down and back) instead of only being able to log reps! If this is already an option, I just haven't found it outside of adding a modifier for the seconds, but then you still have to log reps during the workout.

Good catch! The timed exercise variants were not fully wired up end-to-end. As long as you create exercises with the "time" or "time/weight" configuration, it should work as expected now.
- You can now fully log timed exercises (like planks) using seconds, end-to-end.
- The app now consistently carries exercise type metadata (reps vs timed) through all relevant views
- If an older saved session is missing that metadata, the app now fills it in automatically when loading, so old data still works.
- Logging behavior for normal rep/weight exercises stays the same.
- Distance tracking was intentionally not included in this change, but will me noted as a future enhancement
TLDR: timed exercise support is now wired through the full workflow instead of depending on rep-only assumptions.
