## Summary
During a training session, it would be helpful to add something like an “exercise history” button, to make it easy to access all previous information related to each exercise.

## Problem
Right now, to see past performance of an exercise, I have to jump over to the calendar view and look in individual workouts for past info/weights. This is slightly cumbersome and it would be very helpful to be able to see all history on each exercise from one place, during a training session.
## Proposal
Add something like an “exercise history” button within each exercise of each training session. When this is clicked, it would show all info that exists for that exercise from previous workout- dates, sets/reps/weights, and any athlete notes if they exist
## Expected Impact
Would be very helpful to reference past weights for the exercise when I am selecting weights during a training session
