Yes, you can already do this (either with embedding a youtube video or uploading a video directly to the exercise) and it can be done on both exercise creation and edit for coaches and paid users.
BUT there's some caveats to way it works, and some logic I need to go back and touch up. Since you're a coached athlete you should have full access to these controls via your coaching relationship, but it appears like the subscription check isn't 100% working properly.
More importantly though, coached athletes demo videos are inherited from their coach's demo video settings, not their own user settings (unless they don't have a coaching relationship)
I'll go back through to fix the subscription gating issue, but I'm happy to take suggestions on how you would like this feature to work outside of this
