In the past I've skipped stretching all together due to lack of knowledge and understanding. I think most people at any experience level would benefit from something that encourages safe lifting.
## Proposal
Create something within the app that is easy to locate and contains warm up nd cool down exercises and stretches.
## Expected Impact
Safer lifts, better gains and increased mobility in lifters of all levels.
