Weightlifting Options

## Summary
Adopting the platform for weightlifting training purposes. Perhaps consider non-PL specific metrics (DOTS, Wilks, etc) and have an option for something like Q-Points, the WL equivalent. And a few more WL specific metrics.

## Problem
At the moment it would difficult to convince a WL client to use this app when it's very clearly designed around powerlifting usage. Technical demands of WL make effort focused ratings like RPE largely unhelpful. The vast majority of WL failure isn't due to a miscalculation of effort, it's due to a technical error. For this reason, WL coaches don't really employ RPE for non-strength movements.
## Proposal
In addition to the Q-Points option suggested above, things like Average Relative Intensity (ARI), number of lifts with fundamental loading, and distribution of workload (% dedicated to snatch, clean, squat, etc) are things a WL coach cares a great deal more about tracking, in addition to the analytics Tonnage already provides.
## Expected Impact
I could adopt the platform without needing to perform these calculations manually in a spreadsheet or requesting an LLM do them for by reading my inputs on a separate platform.

Thank you for this, this is music to my ears. I am not a weightlifter, and frankly didn't know enough about real-world weightlifting training to feel comfortable implementing it for this v1 on my own- hence the powerlifting focus (the sport I'm comfortable with).
The only thing stopping me from adding weightlifting-specific support is domain knowledge from someone who actually knows what they're talking about. If there are more "known good" in-depth resources on all of these metrics- like actual coaching-level resources- with formulas, context on how these metrics are used in training, etc, it will be easy for me to at least understand the training enough to slot this into the existing analytics infrastructure without much technical difficulty
You can email me directly at admin@traintonnage.com or reply to this ticket, either way is fine with me
